主な違いとしては、

EEVEEに限らず他のレンダラーにも対応可能

ReflectionとRefractionに写ったオブジェクトに対しての処理はできなくなった

Multi-Stage Compositing result won’t appear in reflections as they are not part of the light transport. However, other shading features like Custom Shading will be visible through reflections.
